"We Are Undefeatable" aims to help people with long-term health conditions find ways to be active that suit their individual needs and circumstances.

The campaign recognises that how people feel can vary from day to day and encourages small, achievable steps towards moving more—celebrating all progress, no matter how minor. The key message is that everyone’s situation is different, and finding the right type and amount of activity depends on your own health and what works for you.

The campaign brings together health and social care charities across the UK who support people living with:

  • Arthritis and Musculoskeletal conditions
  • Heart Disease
  • Long-term limiting mobility conditions
  • Stroke
  • Alzheimer's
  • Hypertension (or other heart related condition)
  • Asthma
  • Long-term depression or anxiety
  • Back pain
  • Multiple sclerosis
  • Cancer
  • Parkinson's
  • Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease/ Lung Condition
  • Type 1 and Type 2 Diabetes
  • Dementia

They also hope to inspire those living with other conditions who can be more active, beyond those listed above. Click on the button below to got to their website:
